I have a solar powered camera that does not work unless I am logged in into the app, but I have two of them. One of them works just fine. The other one gives me issues. I’ve reset the camera reset the Wi-Fi took out the SD card put it back in not really sure what else to do. If I’m logged into the app it’ll stay on recording for like 15 seconds and then it cuts off and then no matter what I do if I jump in front of it, it does not capture any video nor send a notification. Is anyone else having this kind of issue and if so, how was it resolved?
