What’s the best micro SD card that has worked for everyone? I bought both Samsung and SAN disk but they stopped working after few days.

Both SanDisk and Samsung are reputable brands. Are you sure you bought genuine products manufactured by them? There are a tonne of fakes on the market that can be difficult to discern from the genuine thing. I assume you got a refund if they failed within days, but in the future, if you buy memory cards from vendors you’re not 100% convinced of, try to run something like H2TestW to verify the the specs match what was advertised. Lots of fake memory cards claim read/write and storage speeds while delivering a fraction of that, which in turn means they’re using worse components.
Other than that, I’d suggest you also make sure to buy cards that are marketed as “High Endurance.” Security cameras can put a lot of wear/tear on storage devices because of their constant reading/writing, so cards designed for that usage will last longer. That said, even base level stuff from reputable brands shouldn’t be croaking within days.
