I use sd card storage. One of three cameras will only give me events from March 22 2026 back. Nothing current. How do i fix it?
It’s possible that the SD card is full or has encountered a storage error. Please save any important recordings first, then format the SD card in the aosu app.
After formatting, check whether new events are recorded normally. If the issue continues, please contact us again and we’ll assist you further.
