- Check if the audio in the app is muted. (please find the Mute button under the live video screen)
- If the audio isn’t muted and still cannot hear the voice, please click Settings- Video Audio- Record sound, turn on it.
- Some devices may require you to go to Settings - Privacy Settings to turn on the Record sound switch
No voice when use two way talk.
Please click Settings- Video Audio- Two way talk speaker, adjust the volume.
