:speaker_high_volume: If your Aosu camera recordings are showing video but no audio, don’t worry — it’s usually an easy fix! Just follow these quick steps:

  1. Double-check the Mute setting in the app

Open the Aosu app

Tap on Live View

Look for the Mute button just below the video — if it’s on, tap to unmute

  1. Make sure audio recording is turned on

Go to Settings

Tap Video & Audio

Select Audio Streaming and Recording

Make sure this feature is turned on

Once those are set, your camera should start capturing audio with your recordings.

Still no luck? Try restarting the app or the camera — that often does the trick!

  • Check if the audio in the app is muted. (please find the Mute button under the live video screen)
  • If the audio isn’t muted and still cannot hear the voice, please click Settings- Video Audio- Record sound, turn on it.
  • Some devices may require you to go to Settings - Privacy Settings to turn on the Record sound switch

Make sure audio setting is turned on and the mute setting in the app.

If no voice in the recorded events.

  1. Check if the audio in the app is muted. (please find the Mute button under the live video screen)
  2. If the audio isn’t muted and still cannot hear the voice, please click Settings- Video Audio- Audio streaming and Recording, turn on it.
  3. Check if the phone volume was adjusted to the lowest.

First, check if the microphone is muted in the Aosu app or system settings. Next, ensure the “Record Sound” option is enabled in the app’s settings and potentially within your device’s privacy settings

The camera supports SD card strorage and cloud storage service. If you use a card (up to 128G), videos will be stored on the card. If you purchased cloud service, you can pull out the SD card, so that events won’t stored in SD card. 2 modes of SD card recording:

24/7 Recording: Record all events 24/7. (default)

Record by event: record according to the duration of the event, this mode can prolong
