Possible Enrollment issue with indoor PTZ Camera

I posted then deleted a previous post about this because i found the issue i was having that others may experience… during the enrollment process of the indoor PTZ camera, the last step is to show the barcode generated by the Aosu app, i was having an issue with the camera not recognizing the barcode therefor long and frustrating movement of the phone back and forth in front of the camera lens, turns out that after the barcode is generated, seconds later, the barcode expands beyond the screen thereby not revealing the lower parts of the barcode…i learned that just using your finger on the screen and slide it up exposing the entire barcode, Bam, instant enrollment immediately. This may have to do with your font size or screen magnify adjustments made to your android device for easier viewing. But that was my issue, tested it several times and works.

If sliding the screen up or rotating the phone to landscape mode doesn’t work, another possible fix could be adjusting the screen resolution or display settings on your device. Sometimes, screen resolution or zoom settings may cause issues with viewing the full barcode. You can try lowering the resolution or disabling any zoom settings to ensure the barcode fits within the visible area of the screen. This should allow the camera to scan the entire barcode properly without needing to adjust the phone too much.
