The solution when aosuCortex is offline

  1. Kindly follow the steps below to isolate or fix the issue.
  2. Ensure that the aosuCortex is not powered off.
  3. Unplug (1-2 minutes) and re-plug the aosuCortex.Check if the router can access the internet .
  4. Try also to restart the router.Kindly check if the Camera aosuCortex has an available firmware update.
  5. Go to CameraaosuCortex settings Firmware updates, then Update.
  6. Try to reconfigure the aosuCortex and the camerasIf the issue is not resolved, kindly provide online support on aosu app with the aosuCortex’s serial number
