If the AosuApp crashes for Android users, please guide them to uninstall the current app and scan the following diagnostic package.
Then, reproduce the crash issue several times and contact us again with the APP message. If the issue still exists, please onhold the team and our technical team further check.
For iOS users, we still need to put them on hold and have our technical team check and confirm.
