If you own the former, there are a few things you can check to rule out failure points. Unplug the solar panel, grab a power bank and plug that in. If your camera starts charging, then you know your USB port and camera’s battery likely aren’t the issue. It’s possible the solar panel or its wiring is damaged. You can try repairing that or buying a replacement.
Also, it’s late November. If you live in the Northern hemisphere, it’s colder and there’s less light. That does impact charging performance, but it shouldn’t be completely dead.
