How to do when solar camera is not charging?

1.) Does the solar panel have direct heat from the sun?
2.) Is there something blocking the solar panel from receiving heat from the sun?
3.) Have you already tried charging the camera using a different charging cable?

You can do the basic troubleshooting steps first:

  1. Make sure you are using the original charging cable and adapter.
  2. Check the charging port: see if there is any dust or foreign matter inside the charging port of the camera, you can clean it gently.
  3. Make sure the charging cable is firmly plugged in.

In addition to this if there is still no response:
You can use the same cable to charge other devices and see if it works to rule out a cable problem.

If the camera still doesn’t respond, it is recommended to look for online support on the aosu app to provide the SN number of that camera. They will solve the problem further for you~

I keep on getting this but my camera is staying at 99% do you know why it would be saying that?
