I just bought my Solarcam D1 classic and try to connect my wifi network but it cannot.
However I set my wifi + password correctly on 2,4Ghz but the system refuses to connect.
Please assist me because this item is brand new !!

Let’s go through a few quick checks to help resolve the Wi-Fi connection issue:

Move the camera closer to the router
During setup, keep the camera within 1–2 meters of the router to ensure a strong signal.

Restart devices
Please reboot your router and reset the camera, then try connecting again.
If the issue still persists, could you please find online support on the Aosu app and share:
- A screenshot of the error message
- Your router model sn
- A short video of the setup process (if possible)
